Carters sourced the necessary part and phoned us unexpectedly later that day and asked if we would like to have it fitted that evening rather than two days later – as originally arranged. So, a good result, the washer was fixed within one day. Unusual to deal with a firm that still believes in putting the customer first. Would use them again and would recommend to others.”

“Excellent service with a smile !! . Rang Carters who are local and within two and a half hours my washer/ dryer had been repaired with genuine Hoover parts. Thought I may have to replace washer as it is quite old but Dean stated it just needed new carbons in the motor. He showed me the carbons which were quite worn and replaced them. I would recommend this company for efficiency and cost. Thanks Dean for job well done .”

Dealt with in a very professional manner and made aware of possible costs up front. We agreed a date and time, which was a lot quicker than I expected. Dean the engineer turned up on time and was able to identify and fix the fault there and then with my washer. It was a very smooth process and the attention to detail was excellent.
