Brilliant service. Came the next day but unfortunately the washer wasn’t worth repairing. So I has a new one delivered, installed and the old machine removed for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service. After attempting the repair myself and failing i called Carters. Came to my property the next day to inspect the washing machine i needed repairing. Ordered the parts and fitted them in no time. Would highly recommend.

Dean installed a washer dryer yesterday that I purchased from him earlier in the week. Top bloke and business to be honest, he adapted to an awkward alleyway and kitchen area and still made it fit, tested everything and talked me though the machine.

He also did a great deal on the appliance itself comparing to cheapest of same model on the internet, we discussed best time for delivery and installation could have been next day but I was unavailable until the weekend.

Definitely recommend!

Needed a new washer,got a great price,live in a maisonette upstairs,they carried it upstairs extremely accommodating to Help, outstanding work and they removed the old washer as well "magic".

I have done business with Dean Carter for over 15 years and will continue to do so. His service is second to none and he can always be relied upon to give sound advice where it is needed. Over the years he has repaired appliances and supplied new ones including an oven, washing machine and (recently) dishwasher. Whether repairing or supplying his prices are competitive and service is second to none.

Wow!! Service was impeccable, what a genuine man Dean is. Tried this guy as I wanted to keep my business local. Read the reviews and to be honest he sounded to good to be true! Turned up on time, gave me a quote, and fixed my washer. Don't have a lot of money, so was dreading having to fork out for a new one. I am amazed at the level of service, the reasonable price and the level of workmanship. Bless him, he even cleaned the minimal mess he'd made. Would definitely recommend you try this company, old fashioned quality at an affordable price. Thankyou so much, you're an absolute star.

Excellent service, Carters came out to look at our 4 year old washing machine. He went out of his way to find parts to repair the machine rather than replace the whole appliance. Would definitely use Carters again and will recommend to others.

Will definitely recommend this service to family and friends. Reliable and friendly service. Very professional down to earth guy. We have used carters for over two years and have found him to be very trustworthy and knowledgeable engineer. Nothing too much trouble and very reasonable pricing. I will be continuing to use this service. Recently bought a condenser dryer, which was delivered the following morning and my old appliance taken away.

Bought a new oven from Dean after struggling for months with my old one.
He removed my old one, fit the new one and took the old one away.
New one couldn’t just be slotted in due to how the old one had been fitted. This didn’t phase Dean and he installed it in no time at all and for an extremely competitive price.

Dean has since repaired my friends washer/dryer, my sisters tumble dryer, and supplies and fitted a fridge at my work.

Extremely professional and competitive service..

Delivered, installed and good to go all within a couple of days of ordering, could have been sooner if it wasn’t for my work. He even knocked a tenner for the tiniest mark on the machine that was hardly noticeable! All with a 12 month guarantee. comparable prices to the high street as they charge to deliver and take away your old machine. Highly recommended.
